In San Francisco, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across California, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. This was definitely my first time ever coming to San Francisco's Chinatown. I've actually only been to the one in New York!! This one is a fraction of the size, but it's easier to get to for me! Hee. I will say if you park on the street, make sure you turn your wheels the correct way!! Sadly out in front of this coffee shop we got a $273 ticket because our wheels returned the wrong way. I actually didn't think that this street had that much of an incline, but safety first! What a happy note, my boyfriend won $20 scratch off here and his sister got $15 of another series of scratch off tickets! Lol as we congratulated each other on our weddings, other people came in. Hee I also love the mural that was being painted outside and there was an artist or two out there, painting it as we walked by! I honestly love the community aspect of these beautiful heroes that give so much detail about US history, especially within are many different cultural nationalities! I will definitely come back to this coffee shop and get more items! About a block away is the Bruce Lee Mural, in case you're looking for that!! Hee

Jinshan Cafe is a small cafΓ© in Chinatown that offers coffee, ice cream, Smoothies, Tea, Matcha, and a few tables for customers who want to sit and relax. During a recent visit, I ordered a small latte, which was well-made, and found the staff friendly and welcoming. The cafΓ© has a cozy atmosphere with a few two-person tables and some interesting wall art. I also noticed unique ice cream flavors such as Red Bean and Black Sesame, which looked tempting. While the coffee was a little more expensive than I expected, it was a comfortable place to take a short break while exploring the neighborhood.

We were walking around in Chinatown before 10am and many things were still closed. We weren't very hungry, but we did want hot coffee. We stumbled upon this cafΓ© and it's been a lovely little surprise. The owner is very polite and kind, and the decorations all around give your eyes interesting things to look at. We noticed the cafΓ© offered veggie spring rolls, which sounded like a light late morning snack. They were cooked at order and came out nice and hot, and very delicious. This hidden little cafΓ© is worth a stop!

The food is very below average, no taste. Disappointed unfortunately, and the gentleman uses a microwave, the food is frozen. I'm so sorry.

Found this place while wandering around at 10am. We had matcha latte with crystal boba which was so so yummy, and my partner coconut latte with boba which was really strong. Such a cute little cafΓ©. They also have clean restrooms.
